As you know, I just took delivery of a 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5X Limited.

 

Although I have already complimented you, and John Reina, to Subaru of America's corporate offices and to Nick Manfredi; I would be remiss if I did not extend my accolades directly to you!

 

This is my eight Subaru, there are currently three in the family "fleet", and I cannot say enough good things about the vehicle or your Sales Department!

 

I first purchased a car from Staten Island Subaru in 2005 (a 2005 Forester X) and a second in 2006 (a 2006 Legacy 2.5i SE).

 

When I decided to move into a 2009 Forester, I was fairly confident that I would buy it from John (John Reina, my Staten Island Subaru salesman on previous vehicles). However, with the increased availability of access via the internet, I decided to pursue all reasonable dealerships to ensure I got the best deal.

 

I made initial contact with approximately ten dealers and, with one exception; none of them came close to being as accommodating as Staten Island Subaru.

 

Your pricing was the most attractive, vehicle availability and selection were tops! Little wonder that my decision to buy from you, here on Staten Island, was quickly reaffirmed.

 

At every step of the purchase decision John and you were ready, inadvertently, left behind in my traded-in 1998 Impreza! Thanks again for the additional service.

 

What more can I say? You and your staff deliver a superb car buying experience and I hope to take advantage of it in the future, when I buy my next Subaru.

 

By the way, my wife still drives the 2005 Forester it is, indeed, a fantastic vehicle and a great value. We love it and expect to keep driving it for the foreseeable future.

 

Having said that, the 2009 Forester is a quantum leap ahead. The increased size of the new platform and the "creature comforts" of the LIMITED make it a worthy rival for any luxury SUV on the market today. All of this and still an affordable Subaru!
